While Hand-Knotted Carpets are highly durable and can be fully washed, Hand-Tufted Carpets should only be dry-cleaned, as washing them may cause damage. Spills & Stains: Act fast! Most stains can be removed if treated immediately.

Do NOT rub or scrub, as this can damage the carpet pile.
